Click the button below to fill out and submit the online form, requesting a new rural house number.  Remember, Belmont County only issues RURAL addresses.  If you are inside a city or village limits, you must contact city or village officials for a new address.

Reflective House Number signs are available through the Belmont County Fire & Squad Officers Association.  Click the button below for the form and instructions on how to obtain one.  Everyone in Belmont county should have a clearly displayed address so that first responders can find you.

CODE RED ENROLLMENT
